Continuity, Confirmed

The title says it all: "Obama the Imperialist," writes Richard Seymour in The Guardian.

I couldn't have written it better myself, though I've tried.

  1. You remain much better than any Western writer who may occasionally write something that looks like the truth.

    Best wishes,

  2. Dear Gray Falcon, do you have any news from any Serbian source about this ongoing tragedy in this Serb village in Kosovo and Metohija?

And how are the Serb firefighters who were seriously injured in Kosovska Mitrovica about a month ago in that terrorist attack committed by the Albanian terrorists? Keep up the wonderful work.

  3. I don't have any up-to-date information on either of those; I'll look into it ASAP. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

  4. You are welcome. It's a honour and a pleasure to be useful to a famous Serb :)))

  5. I also want to use this chance to ask for your opinion on a very scary prediction that a Serb friend of mine, living in Washington, made in 2004 during one of our chats.

His opinion was that "in 10 years fron now, if things keep going this way, the Serb lands could even disappear and the Serb people may end up being almost completely scattered around the globe".

Five of those 10 years have passed, sadly no positive news at all have materialized, would your own idea of the coming five (or more) years be so harsh? Thanks and keep up the wonderful work.

  6. Looks like this 20-year-old war (or siege) on the Serbs isn't slowing down at all.

I have frankly felt speechless on that for so long......

The saddest part is that the Kurir article is right, I think.........surprising that a "Croat" website picks it up

  7. Sadly, what your friend predicted may yet come to pass, if things carry on like this for a bit longer. Once everything that makes a people distinct - faith, culture, language, tradition, societal organization - has been surrendered or destroyed, the will to live isn't far behind. There's still time to halt this process, but it can't happen while the democratic giraffe-breeders are making sure the boot on our face stays shiny and polished.

  9. Oh yes, I heard Holbrooke was being sent to Afghanistan. I'm actually quite eager to see what happens now. Unlike the Serbs, who treated Holbrooke with a mixture of respect and servility, the Pashtuns might just decapitate him for the fun of it. Or better yet, turn him over to the women. But I better stop, before I give them any ideas...
